Hog Fest with a baby!

This weekend we made our annual trip to the World Championship Hog Wrestling Festival in Sabinal, Texas. We made our first trip three years ago and Michael swears we will never miss one. It is quite a cultural experience, and we believe you aren't a true Texan unless you have been. Let us know if you would like to come next year! :)

It was quite a different trip with Luke in tow this year, but he did great nonetheless. He probably didn't enjoy it quite as much as he will in years to come. We went with a group of 16 or so (from our small group at church and some of Michael's med-school buddies) and came away with four belt buckles. (1-3rd place receives a buckle) None for this household this year though. We are recuperating today that is for sure. Luke slept six straight hours last night. I think he was worn out too.
