Just playing

The warm weather we were enjoying last week sadly seems to have escaped us just in time to kick off April.  At least it's not snowing.   I just had to add a few more pictures of the fun we had playing outside during the warmest March on record for Michigan!

 This picture makes me teary.  I'll miss that cute little diaper bottom one day. 

At least I have another diaper bottom coming out to play soon.  She's still happily baking for now but this momma would be happy for her to come any day now.  :)

I can't believe it's my turn to be a soccer mom

Luke started soccer this month and admittedly I'm probably more excited about it than he is.  It seems like just yesterday he was learning to walk and now we're gearing up to take capri suns and orange slices to his soccer games.   I wouldn't trade it for anything, but just wish it would slow down just a bit.

Gone fishing

Michael went fly fishing with a work buddy on Saturday and in his words they had an "epic" trip.  I am unfortunately not always as jazzed about outdoorsy stuff as he would probably like but have to admit these are some pretty big fish!  I just wish he would have brought them home to throw on the grill.   :)  

Summer...is that you?

For the last week or so we have had record breaking warm temperatures up here in the mitten but you certainly won't find us complaining!  :)   We have been soaking it up with lots of time outside since this is probably just a tease ... watch us get snow for Easter.

 Went to see the butterflies at Meijer Gardens

 Watched the fishermen with daddy

And just cause she's cute and all of a sudden is acting like such a little girl.

Magic Kingdom

I promise this is my last Disney post.  :) The number of pictures was a bit ridiculous but here are my favorites from our day at the Magic Kingdom.   

We started the day with breakfast at Cinderella's Castle with our friends the Jabaras where we got to meet all of the princesses.  I'm pretty sure I enjoyed it more than my kids but it really was the cutest thing.  In a couple of years I know Langley Grace will LOVE it.
