Traveling Baby

We packed up and headed to Nashville for a night this weekend and had a ton of fun. Luke is quite the little traveler these days, such a happy baby. Everyday I think, "this is the best stage," but I'm sure I will think that for every stage we go through.

Here's our weekend in pictures:
Luke got used to being in and out of the car seat and rarely put up a fight getting back in, which is normally not the case. When he would get fussy I would get in the back and put my sunglasses on him. He thought it was so funny, but would pull them off after 2 seconds to have a taste. Oh, he has a tooth!!! So if we thought he had an oral fixation before...I'll try to get a picture soon.

Here we are exploring Music Row. We walked up and down and had lunch at this neat place and listened to some pretty decent live country music. I was surprised at how many places had live music for lunch. We didn't see any stars, but the atmosphere was so cool.
Here we are looking into medical schools for Luke. :) No pressure though. Really, it was neat to see Vandy. It is such a beautiful campus. We drove out to Bellemeade Plantation to take a tour, but compared ourselves to the other "tourists" there and realized they all had about 30 years on us. We packed up to drive back to Memphis instead.

It was a fun weekend. Luke, you are a trooper.
